El Cardenal Carlos Osoro, Arzobispo de Madrid (España), ha instituido el Parlamento de la Juventud, un espacio para que los propios jóvenes puedan “aprender a leer los signos de los tiempos a través de la luz del Espíritu Santo” y cuyas conclusiones serán llevadas al Sínodo de los Jóvenes del próximo octubre en el Vaticano.
Según ha informado la Archidiócesis de Madrid, este Parlamento de la Juventud fue creado a petición del Cardenal Osoro por la Delegación Episcopal de Infancia y Juventud.
“El objetivo es crear un espacio y un ámbito en el que los propios jóvenes puedan hablar en libertad y aprender a leer los signos de los tiempos a la luz del Espíritu Santo, con discernimiento evangélico”, precisan en el comunicado.
Además, aseguran que “la opinión de los jóvenes, aportada a través de estos diálogos, será llevada al Sínodo de los Obispos que se celebrará en Roma el próximo mes de octubre”.
Esta iniciativa pretende fomentar “la cultura, el encuentro y la comunión”.
En ese sentido precisan que se trata de un parlamento que estará abierto a todos, “sean cristianos o no, para hablar de la cultura que es común, y de la que se quiere construir entre todos al servicio del hombre”.
En ese sentido, explican que es “del encuentro” porque se realiza desde la cercanía a otros jóvenes, aunque no piensen igual, y “de la comunión”, porque al final lo que une es Jesucristo.
Desde la Archidiócesis explican que en una primera fase estos “parlamentos” se realizarán por vicarías, preparados por el coordinador de pastoral juvenil y presididos por el vicario episcopal.
“Tras la bienvenida y una acogida festiva, cada encuentro contará con una oración inicial presidida por el vicario, seguida de la presentación del Parlamento y del trabajo en grupos”, apuntan.
Entre los temas a tratar, están la identidad de los jóvenes, su situación en la sociedad y en el mundo laboral, así como su experiencia de la amistad y del amor humano.
También debatirán sobre las repercusiones prácticas de la fe, el compromiso social y el desafío de enfrentarse a las decisiones definitivas.
Los jóvenes de la Archidiócesis podrán apuntarse hasta el próximo 8 de marzo. En la inscripción deberán elegir tres grupos de trabajo en los que quieren participar y que tendrán lugar por vicarías durante el mes de abril.
En mayo tendrá lugar el Parlamento de la Juventud a nivel diocesano y estará presidido por el Cardenal Carlos Osoro.
Este parlamento diocesano estará preparado por el delegado de Juventud y su equipo, acompañados por dos jóvenes de cada grupo de trabajo de los parlamentos de las ocho vicarías.
